Complaints management
1st stage: the Viadenuncia channel receives the communications and makes an initial discrimination.
2nd stage: the recipient sends the communication to the system manager, securely, by sending an encrypted PDF to a secure email, which can be opened with the password sent to your phone.
3rd Stage: Viadenuncia communication management procedure, the system manager may use the Viadenuncia procedure, and its legal and/or IT technicians if necessary.

Training
On 13 March, Law 2/2023 on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, which transposes the European Directive 2019/1937 known as the Whistleblowers Directive, came into force.
The deadline for setting up internal reporting systems and adapting existing ones is 13 June 2023.
