The EU Directive 2019/1937 has been implemented to unify efforts with Member States and their administrations in the management of funds and subsidies granted from the union, thus giving another tool for transparency and regulatory compliance, making citizens feel closer to their public administrations and participate with them in its good management.
Viadenuncia is this tool, an external and independent management channel that will help local councils and all those public administrations that use it to comply with regulations and give a voice to their citizens.
How does it work?
- We assign a mailbox to the website, as well as email, phone number and postal address and you are up and running!
- The reporting person uses the mailbox according to the requirements of Directive 2019/937.
- The Viadenuncia investigator analyses the case and refers as necessary.
The reporting person has access to the status of his/her complaint and everything is carried out within set deadlines.
