Viadenuncia i implementar aix\u00ed la primera b\u00fastia de den\u00fancies externa de la Directiva 2019\/1937 d&#8217;un sindicat a Espanya.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-66ff794f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"66ff794f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-background-overlay\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div href=\"https:\/\/fetap-cgt.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"background-color: #e5e5e5;\" rel=\"noopener\">FTAP-CGT<\/a>ha implementat la seva b\u00fastia de den\u00fancies de la <a href=\"https:\/\/viadenuncia.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener sponsored\">Directiva 2019\/1937<\/a> de la m\u00e0 de <b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aspertic.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aspertic<\/a>-Viadenuncia<\/b>.<\/p><p><span>A l&#8217;espera de la transposici\u00f3 de la Directiva que l\u2019Executiu espanyol es troba en aquests moments preparant, el sindicat CGT ha pres la iniciativa i ha posat en marxa la seva b\u00fastia externa de den\u00fancies.<\/span><\/p><p>Les caracter\u00edstiques principals d&#8217;aquesta b\u00fastia s\u00f3n, com l&#8217;especifica la Directiva 2019\/1937, la independ\u00e8ncia de la seva gesti\u00f3, <span>aix\u00f2 implica que la gesti\u00f3 no pot recaure en mans de <\/span>\u00a0persones que han estat nomenades pol\u00edticament o que, al seu torn, han estat nomenats per aquests. \u00a0<span>A m\u00e9s de proporcionar les vies de contacte presencial, telef\u00f2nic, telem\u00e0tic, email o per videoconfer\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Les den\u00fancies no tindran fronteres<\/b>. La UE permet denunciar en qualsevol pa\u00eds pertanyent a la Uni\u00f3 sempre que el denunciant estimi que els canals interns posats a la seva disposici\u00f3 no s\u00f3n part\u00edcips de la seva confian\u00e7a. \u00c9s molt rellevant destacar el funcionament d&#8217;aquest canal a nivell Europeu.<\/p><p><b>Aspertic-Viadenuncia <\/b>han acompanyat a CGT en el proc\u00e9s de formaci\u00f3 dels instructors del canal, per a garantir, d&#8217;aquesta manera, el compliment dels est\u00e0ndards de la Directiva, quant a seguretat, confidencialitat, formaci\u00f3 i, molt important, independ\u00e8ncia.<\/p><p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-62c185e elementor-post-navigation-borders-yes elementor-widget
