already a fact. Incorporating internal and external channels will be mandatory for a specific group of companies, entities and organisations.<br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4b3c1e94 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4b3c1e94\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-background-overlay\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2aa0363d\" data-id=\"2aa0363d\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b1a4f06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5b1a4f06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><\/p><p>The <strong>Whistleblowers Directive<\/strong> has been transposed into Spanish law through <a href=\"https:\/\/go.vlex.com\/vid\/923543189?fbt=webapp_preview&amp;addon_version=6.4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Law 2\/2023, of 20 February<\/a>, which regulates the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.<\/p><p><br \/>The purpose of the law is to protect persons who, in an employment or professional context,<strong> detect serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences, or an infringement of European Union law<\/strong>, and report them through the mechanisms regulated therein.<\/p><p><br \/>Law 2\/2023, of 20 February, regulates minimum aspects that the different information channels must satisfy.
