Diario16 a <em>Salvador Bellido<\/em>, president de <strong>CIAE i COPYM<\/strong>E, dues associacions patronals estatals amb seu a Madrid, aclareix alguns dubtes sobre les <strong>B\u00fasties de la Directiva 2019\/1937<\/strong> i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb les <strong>empreses<\/strong>.<\/p><p>L&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de les empreses i associacions de m\u00e9s de 50 treballadors a posar en marxa una b\u00fastia de den\u00fancies. Aquesta obligaci\u00f3 neix des de l&#8217;entrada en vigor de la directiva el desembre de 2019, encara que la transposici\u00f3 hagi arribat ara a principis del 2023, el seu compliment ha estat obligatori des del principi, encara que per als no interessats en el seu compliment aquest fet no ha estat important.<\/p><p>A m\u00e9s, encara que existeixi una transposici\u00f3 a la legislaci\u00f3 espanyola, com la Directiva porta un procediment propi i \u00fanic per a tots els pa\u00efsos de la Uni\u00f3 Europea, la qual cosa facilita que els denunciants puguin, per a uns certs temes, com la contractaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica, fer les seves den\u00fancies altres tribunals fora d&#8217;Espanya, com per exemple l&#8217;alemany.
