Spanish law is a fact that concerns us directly, with <strong>Viadenuncia<\/strong> being a channel for complaints under <strong>Directive 2019\/1937<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Spain has been <strong>fined<\/strong> on several occasions for its tardiness in transposing European directives, which is not only the fact of the delay itself, but also the mistakes that are made in such transpositions.<\/p><p>In the case that affects us, <strong>Directive 2019\/1937<\/strong>, whose transposition deadline expired two years ago, we find ourselves with a law that will very probably not pass the <strong>European Commission<\/strong>&#8216;s evaluation.
